What I value most

These are not aspirational values. They are the things I actually look for — in myself and in the people I work with.

Humble. Confidence without arrogance. The willingness to be wrong and say so.
Respect. For people's time, their work, and their perspective — even when you disagree.
Honesty. Say what you mean. Don't manage optics at the cost of truth.
Transparency. Share context freely. People make better decisions with more information.
Accountability. Own your outcomes — the good ones and the bad ones.
Attention to detail. The difference between good and great is almost always in the details.
Bias to action. A decision made and corrected beats a perfect decision delayed.
Radically candid feedback. Given with care. Received with an open mind. Always for the betterment of each other.
Over-communication. More information is almost always better than less. When in doubt, share it.
Empathy. Understand where someone is coming from before you respond to where they are.

Cricket in my life

I always dreamt of playing cricket at the highest level. Like any other middle-class boy, I never got a proper chance to train under a coach.

I didn’t stop there. I’m still playing with all my heart in the professional circuit and trying to get better every single day. The game taught me more about resilience, teamwork, and performance under pressure than anything else in my life.
